• Right of return: you can return most products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, without giving a reason.
• Process and cost: let us know and fill in the withdrawal form. We will send a courier to collect the parcel; the cost of the return is paid by you.
• Conditions: the product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (unused, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels intact). Please keep the original packaging.
• Refund: within 14 calendar days at most from accepting the return and receiving the product.
• Exceptions: personalised products (custom embroidery, special sizes) cannot be returned.
