Under Government Emergency Ordinance (O.U.G.) no. 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the day on which you (or a person designated by you, other than the courier) took physical possession of the products, without giving any reason.
The simplest way is to use the online form above: you identify your order, choose the products and confirm, and we immediately email you an acknowledgement of receipt showing the date and time it was submitted. You can also send us your withdrawal statement another way (for example, by email to cusutcuataroz@gmail.com or by post), with or without the model below — the model is not mandatory. It is enough to send us your communication before the 14-day period expires.
Exception: under Article 16(c) of O.U.G. no. 34/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (for example, custom embroidery or special sizes).

What happens next
Once we receive your communication, we will confirm your withdrawal and send you instructions for returning the products. The products must be returned within 14 days at most of communicating your decision to withdraw. We will refund all payments received, including the cost of the initial delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard one), within 14 days at most of the date on which we were informed of your withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided proof that they have been sent.
